A Virtual Post-Card: Checking In From NYC

It’s the last week of June, which means I’ve hit the halfway mark of my summer in New York City interning at Time Inc.

Within the past few weeks, I’ve met so many incredible people, felt a myriad of mixed emotions and explored so many new places.

Five weeks is a lot of time to look back on, and with another five to come ahead, I decided this week would be better explained through a video instead of pages of text.

Check out my thoughts, experiences and hopes for the future during this quick mid-summer check-in in my poorly lit, terribly furnished apartment:

As always, follow my NYC journey in real time on Twitter and Instagram.
